Billing, Cancelacion, & Reschedule Policy

*We understand that having a clear understanding of pricing is important to you when it comes to cleaning services. During the estimated visit to your home, we will discuss the pricing for your cleaning services. However, please note that any changes made to your custom cleaning plan or additional services requested will be reflected in your bill.
*For example, if you switch from bi-weekly to tri-weekly cleaning, the price will increase accordingly. Similarly, if you decide to add extra services that are not part of your weekly cleaning cycle, it will also impact the price of your services. We strive to provide a transparent and fair pricing structure for all our cleaning services.
*If you need to reschedule a one-time cleaning appointment, please keep in mind that we have limited availability and may not be able to accommodate your preferred day and time. If you reschedule for the same week, there will be no change in price. However, if you make a one-time reschedule for the next week, the price will be reflected in your bill.
*If you cancel your cleaning appointment for a particular week, please remember that it will change the price of your next cleaning. For instance, if you are on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule and cancel your cleaning service for the week, you will be charged for a monthly cleaning on your next clean, which will vary depending on the size of your home. However, if you choose to reschedule for the following week, you will be charged for a tri-weekly cleaning service on your next clean. Your cleaning schedule will resume from where you left off before rescheduling.
*Please note that if you need to make a one-time reschedule of your appointment, it will not affect the rest of your appointments. However, if you want to reschedule all your appointments for a different day and/or time, it may not be possible due to our limited availability.
*When rescheduling or canceling, please keep in mind that it may take more time to clean your home during the next appointment. This is why we may charge differently for that particular cleaning session.
Holiday/ Weather Related Reschedule
*Regarding the weather, we have no control over it. However, when it comes to holidays, we can schedule your cleaning accordingly. If necessary, we may have to reschedule your one-time weekend cleaning or move it to another weekday. In case that doesn't work for you, you can choose to skip that clean.

* Please be informed that we have a policy of requiring 24-hour notice prior to canceling any cleaning appointment. If you cancel the appointment on the same day as the scheduled cleaning, you will be charged a no-show fee amounting to 50% of the total cost of the cleaning service.
*In cases where we are unable to perform the cleaning due to reasons such as locked premises or lack of access, you will still be charged the full amount of the bill. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise but we kindly request that you respect our time and inform us as early as possible.
Price Increase
* We try our best to avoid it, but sometimes we may have to increase the price of our cleaning services due to rising costs of supplies, gas, and other factors. We understand that when we give you an estimate, it may not always be accurate and sometimes we may need to reprice our services. This could happen if the time required to clean your home is more than what we estimated. We will always try to find a solution before changing the price, and we are committed to staying within your budget as much as possible. We hope that you understand that we need to adjust our prices to reflect fair pricing and we appreciate your understanding.
